There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.
Dependent on your property and postcode you could qualify to get energy saving measures completely free or highly subsidised through Government backed incentives and free grants.
The grants are not loans, there is nothing to pay back. Qualifying funding applicants can have their heating systems upgraded if deemed to be inefficient.
We will arrange a free survey of your property where funding can be applied.
From a new heating system, cavity and solid wall insulation, loft or room in roof insulation, as well as renewables like Solar, we will help you make your homes more energy efficient and REDUCE YOUR BILLS!
Too good to be true?!
The ECO grant scheme has been active in funding energy efficiency improvements in domestic property throughout the UK for many years.
The scheme is regulated through the Energy Savings Trust and OFGEM.

A quarter of heat is lost through the roof in an uninsulated home. Insulating your loft, attic or flat roof is a simple and effective way to reduce heat loss and reduce your heating bills. Loft insulation is effective for at least 40 years and it should pay for itself many times over.
If you want to use your loft as a living space, or it is already being used as a living space, you can insulate your room-in-the-roof by insulating the roof itself rather than the loft floor. This is typically done by fixing rigid insulation boarding and plastering to finish.
If your loft is easy to access and has no damp or condensation problems, it should be easy to insulate!
It is always worth getting a professional to insulate for peace of mind and insurance!
If access is easy and your loft joists are regular, we can use rolls of mineral wool insulation. The first layer is laid between the joists – the horizontal beams that make up the floor of the loft – then another layer is laid at right angles to cover the joists and make the insulation up to the required depth.
Insulating your solid walls could cut your heating costs considerably, because solid walls let through twice as much heat as cavity walls do. The good news is they can be insulated.
Internal wall insulation is done by fitting rigid insulation boards to the wall, or by building a stud wall filled in with insulation material such as mineral wool fibre.
External wall insulation involves fixing a layer of insulation material to the wall, then covering it with a special type of render (plasterwork) or cladding. The finish can be smooth, textured, painted, tiled, panelled, pebble-dashed or finished with brick slips.
• Could lower your fuel bills
• Will cut your carbon emissions
• Can heat your home and hot water!
• Particularly efficient when combined with Solar!
An air source heat pump, sometimes referred to as an air-to-water source heat pump, transfers heat from the outside air to water, which heats your rooms via radiators or underfloor heating. It can also heat water stored in a hot water cylinder for your hot taps, showers and baths.
Heat from the air is absorbed into a fluid. This fluid then passes through a heat exchanger into the heat pump, which raises the temperature and then transfers that heat to water.
Solar panel electricity systems, also known as photovoltaics (PV), capture the sun’s energy using photovoltaic cells. One of the most familiar forms of renewable technology, we’re all used to seeing solar panels on the roofs of homes and public buildings across the UK.
It works by converting sunlight into electricity via the PV cells, which can power household appliances and lighting.
Solar PV panels pay for themselves more quickly when you use more of the electricity yourself. Try to use your appliances during the day, although not all at once to avoid needing more electricity than your system is generating.
